Adequate Hair Studio – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Your Account
• You must be 18 or older to buy, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.
• Only registered users can place orders.
• Keep your login details private — you’re responsible for orders placed on your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Orders & Acceptance
• Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock, which is limited and may sell out.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is not guaranteed until we accept it.
• A sale becomes final only when we deliver the goods — not when payment is confirmed.
• We may decline an order at our discretion (e.g. out-of-stock or unauthorised payment) and will refund anything already paid.
3. Pricing & Payment
• Full payment is required before an order is processed.
• Card payments may need extra verification before delivery.
• Prices and details are kept as accurate as possible; genuine errors do not bind us to the wrong price.
4. Delivery & Collection
• We deliver nationwide in South Africa by courier (Aramex overnight), or offer Click & Collect.
• Orders take 2–4 working days to prepare; Click & Collect is ready in 2–6 working days.
• Delivery is door-to-door — anyone at the address may accept it, so ensure someone you trust is available.
• We deliver to physical addresses only (no PO boxes) and deliver within 30 days of payment at the latest.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• You may return an unused item within 10 days of delivery or collection, in its original condition (frontal units: lace uncut).
• Faulty items will be repaired or exchanged.
• Returns can be made in store or arranged by calling 063 651 6849.
• These terms do not affect your CPA rights to a refund for defective or undelivered goods.
6. Liability & Risk
• You use the website at your own risk.
• We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, available, and secure, but cannot guarantee it is error- or virus-free.
• Except where caused by our gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the site or any linked third-party site.
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your own misuse of the site.
7. Privacy & Personal Information
• We collect only the information needed to run your account and process orders.
• Your data is stored securely and is not sold.
• We share it only with staff and service providers who help fulfil your order, or where the law requires.
• You may view, update, or request deletion of your details at any time.
• Our site uses cookies to improve your experience; you can disable them in your browser.
8. Changes & Account Suspension
• We may update these terms at any time; the version shown on the site applies.
