REFUND POLICY
1. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for products.
2. Refunds will only be processed if a client purchases an item that is out of stock.
Exchange & Return Policy
You have a 10-day window to return unused products if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This 10-day period begins from the date of delivery or collection. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition (for frontal units, this includes keeping the lace uncut). In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, kindly return it to us, and we will either repair it or provide an exchange.
